The hospitality landscape continues to evolve rapidly. Competition is stronger, distribution is more complex, and pricing decisions need to be made quickly and confidently.

Many independent hotels simply don’t have the time or in-house expertise to manage revenue strategy in a structured and consistent way while maintaining the level of service their guests expect. Managing demand signals, booking pace, channel mix, and distribution costs can quickly become both time-consuming and complex.

Having seen these challenges first-hand throughout my career, I founded Open Doors Revenue Consulting to bring structured, hands-on revenue expertise directly to independent hotels – without unnecessary complexity. This approach is built on applying the same disciplined revenue strategies used within global hotel brands, adapted specifically for independent properties


I began my career in a 5-star city-centre property in Dublin, Ireland, and have since held revenue management roles within internationally recognised brands including Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, as well as independent hotel groups across Europe and international markets.

My experience spans boutique hotels, independent resorts, city and airport properties, with hotel inventories ranging from 20 to 450 rooms.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with hotel leadership teams to guide pricing strategy, strengthen commercial decision-making, and implement structured revenue processes. This includes supporting hotel openings, leading revenue system rollouts, and embedding forecasting and pricing discipline to improve overall commercial performance. In several roles, this has contributed to measurable improvements in ADR, more consistent forecasting accuracy, and stronger control over distribution and margins.
